Refund policy

We want all customers to be happy with their orders. 

If your item isn't quite right, we will be happy to provide an exchange.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to email us at hello@fruitsaladapparel.com to request an order exchange.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

We cannot take responsibility for an incorrect shipping address filled on the site. Please ensure you check your completed address to make sure it is deliverable. Please ensure you keep hold of any proof of postage or tracking numbers on your returns, we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach our address.

Please note, you will have to pay the postage costs to send the item back to us.
